Food to us is of the essence, it's sustenance, it's expression, it's comfort, it's giving, it's receiving, it's love.

At Boneless our goal is to give people a new perspective on food, show people that you can make delicious flavourful filling food with out any harm to our beautiful animals.

We are not here to pass any judgement, just here to show small examples love, kindness and gratitude to our planet, and all all its inhabitants.

We use local produce as much as possible and our menu is ever changing with the seasons.

Our coffee.

To us, coffee is the most delicious thing on earth.
It can be rich and intense, delicate and subtle, sweet to bitter, fruity to chocolatey. The versatility never ceases to amaze us.

We love being able to taste the individual flavours of coffee from different countries, regions and providences, knowing exactly where it comes from and knowing the people who are creating this beautiful bean are getting everything they deserve.

We know the gigantic efforts in the preparation from the growing, harvesting, processing, sourcing, shipping and of course, roasting.

We then receive a neat packet of perfection.

We honor all of this by making every cup of coffee with the utmost love and care.
